Andrew Jiang is a designer and musician from Chicago, IL and based in Birmingham, AL. He graduated magna cum laude in 2020 from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s College of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a specialization in History + Theory and a minor in Urban Studies. His projects and academic research investigates the logics and systems in place behind what makes a design impactful and its implications on the built environment. Andrew has worked closely with the American Institute of Architecture Students at IIT, AIA Chicago, Dirk Denison Architects and is the inaugural recipient of the MCHAP Fellowship.
